HHG Health provides outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid and alcohol use disorder at all eight clinics. Walk in Monday through Friday, see a provider the same day, and leave with a plan.
What we treat
Opioid use disorder (heroin, fentanyl, pain pills), alcohol use disorder, and co-occurring depression or anxiety. Most patients are seen the same day they walk in.
Medications we use
Buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone® films and tablets), buprenorphine, and naltrexone (Vivitrol® monthly injection). Your provider chooses the medication with you, based on your history and goals.
Counseling built in
Individual and group counseling are part of the program — not an add-on. Our counselors and nurse practitioners work in the same building, so your care is coordinated.
How the program works
A typical program runs about a year: an intake visit and first dose, weekly visits early on, then every two to four weeks as you stabilize. Regular drug screens are part of the plan and are used to support you, not to punish you.
Insurance & cost
We accept WV and KY Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial plans. Self-pay options are available — ask the front desk before your visit.

No. Addiction-medicine walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM at every HHG Health clinic. Come early in the day if you can, and bring your ID and insurance card.
In most cases, yes. After your intake and a drug screen, your provider can start buprenorphine the same day if it's medically appropriate.
Yes — the monthly naltrexone injection is available at all locations for opioid or alcohol use disorder, after a short period without opioids.
Counseling is part of every MAT plan because it works. Group sessions are scheduled around your visits so you're not making extra trips.
You tell us and we adjust the plan. Relapse is part of many people's recovery; it does not get you discharged from HHG Health.
