Addiction medicine: just walk in, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Everything else: request an appointment or call 304-525-7111.

Photo ID, insurance card, medication list. New MAT patients complete an intake and a drug screen.

A nurse practitioner reviews your history and builds a plan with you — same day for MAT.
Follow-up
Regular visits, labs on site, counseling built in. Your clinic team already knows you the next time you walk in.

HHG Health follows HIPAA, and substance-use treatment records receive additional protection under federal confidentiality rules (42 CFR Part 2). We will not disclose that you are a patient to anyone without your written permission, except where the law requires it. Read our privacy notice.

A photo ID, your insurance card (if you have one), a list of current medications, and any records from a previous treatment program if you have them. Don't have all of it? Come anyway — we'll work with what you have.
We accept West Virginia and Kentucky Medicaid, Medicare and most major commercial plans. Call 304-525-7111 with your plan name and we'll confirm before your visit.
Self-pay pricing is available for every service. Our front desk can also help you apply for Medicaid if you may qualify.
Yes. Bring your last prescription or a note from your previous provider so we can continue your dose without a gap.
Call our medical-records line at 304-963-4565 or fax a signed release to 304-850-3112. Records requests need a signed authorization (we'll provide the form), and most are completed within a few business days.
Yes. Substance-use treatment records are protected by federal law (42 CFR Part 2) in addition to HIPAA, and are never shared with employers, courts or family without your written consent, except as required by law.
