Who it's for

Adults with a BMI of 30+, or 27+ with a weight-related condition such as prediabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea or fatty liver. We'll check your labs first.

Medications

Semaglutide (Wegovy®/Ozempic®) and tirzepatide (Zepbound®/Mounjaro®) prescribed to your pharmacy when covered by insurance, with compounded or self-pay options discussed when they are not. Older options such as phentermine and metformin are also available when they fit.

The program

An intake visit with labs and a medical history, then monthly check-ins to adjust your dose, manage side effects and track progress. Nutrition and activity guidance is part of every visit.

Safer for complex patients

Kidney disease, hypertension and diabetes are our specialties, so patients other programs turn away can usually be treated safely here.
