MRO review
Dr. Robin Arora serves as Medical Review Officer, reviewing laboratory-confirmed results, interviewing the donor about legitimate medical explanations, and reporting verified results to the employer or TPA in line with 49 CFR Part 40 for DOT programs and your policy for non-DOT programs.
Collections network
Eight collection sites across WV and KY, trained collectors, urine and oral-fluid testing, observed collections, post-accident and reasonable-suspicion testing during clinic hours.

The MRO is a licensed physician who reviews every confirmed drug-test result, contacts the employee to check for a legitimate medical explanation (for example, a valid prescription), and only then reports the result to the employer. DOT programs are required to use one.
