This website does not collect personal information unless you submit it through our appointment or employer forms, which are hosted by Jotform and transmitted securely to HHG Health staff. We use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. We do not sell or share visitor information.
Health information
HHG Health is a covered entity under HIPAA. Our full Notice of Privacy Practices is available at every clinic and describes how your health information may be used and disclosed and how you can access it. Substance-use disorder treatment records are further protected under 42 CFR Part 2 and are not released without your written consent except as permitted by law.
